Template Changes

In lew of doing things I should be doing, I've been working on a new template for my blog. If you see the site randomly seem to flicker between this site and a new one, dont wory, its just me working on it.

Thus far, ive learned that CSS and PHP includes dont seem to like each other all that much. Working to fix this before the thing goes live, so I can still keep quotes as an on page but separate blog.
