I really did mean to post something before I left for last week. Really.
I was in Chicago from Monday till Thursday. Flew up and back. Was quite nice. Wish the city didnt get so cold in the winter, or it would be a nice place to live. I saw the bulk of the Feild Museum, including Sue and the Man Eaters of Tsavo, as well as a gray kangaroo skeleton that I want the mesurments on for my paper. Lots of stuffed birds and snakes and primates and african animals. And Tsu Lin, the first panda in the West, as well as about 5 snow lepards. All sorts of things.
Also visited the original house of blues, which was fun.
But I'm back now. Yep. Start my new diet tomorrow. Had my last package of hotpockets tonight, and all the various other last sacrements of carbohydrate goodness. Tomorrow its meat and water and lettus for 2 weeks. Lord help me.
Anyway, I'm back.
